Annie is a senior associate with significant corporate expertise. Her extensive experience includes advising on primary and secondary public offerings for NZX Main Board listed issuers, including rights issues, entitlement offers and dividend reinvestment plans. Annie also regularly advises on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestments and other high value transactions. Annie speaks conversational Cantonese.
