Harmos Horton Lusk Advises Narellan Group Pty Ltd. on its acquisition of Freedom Pools

Harmos Horton Lusk is pleased to have advised Narellan Group Pty Ltd. and its U.S. parent company, Latham Group, Inc. on the New Zealand legal aspects of its acquisition of Freedom Pools, a fiberglass pool manufacturer and installer operating in Australia and New Zealand. 

Latham is the largest designer, manufacturer, and marketer of in-ground residential swimming pools in North America, Australia and New Zealand, with approximately 1,850 employees across 30 locations. The acquisition expands Narellan’s presence in these markets and complements its existing operations.

The Harmos Horton Lusk team who advised on the transaction was led by directors Annie Steel and Matthew Wentz, and included associate Sam Baker.
