Harmos Horton Lusk is pleased to have advised the founding family members of NPD, a leading New Zealand fuel distributor and retailer, on the management of their interests in connection with the merger of NPD and Gull into NPDGull.
The firm advised the family on all aspects of the transaction, involving a complex series of financing arrangements to repay existing facilities and help fund the ongoing operations of NPDGull.
