Wook Jin Lee

Wook is a senior associate who advises listed issuers, private businesses and private equity sponsors on corporate advisory, governance and joint venture matters as well as a wide range of transactions, including private mergers, acquisitions and divestments (including through competitive processes) and public takeovers. He also has experience in advising on foreign investment into New Zealand and complex high value commercial contracts, particularly in the energy sector. Wook speaks fluent Korean.

Before joining Harmos Horton Lusk, Wook was a senior associate at Webb Henderson and an associate at Russell McVeagh.
