Harmos Horton Lusk is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted as a finalist for the NZ Deal Firm of the Year award at the upcoming 2017 Australasian Legal Business Awards.
This nomination follows Harmos Horton Lusk’s success at the 2016 New Zealand Law Awards, where the firm won the Deal Team of the Year (<100 Employees) award, confirming Harmos Horton Lusk’s position as the premier specialist corporate law firm in New Zealand.
Some of the firm’s recent deals include advising Hellaby Holdings on its response to a $352 million takeover from Bapcor, advising Abano on its response to a partial takeover offer from Healthcare Partners, advising Silver Fern Farms on a $260 million investment by Shanghai Maling and advising Restaurant Brands on the US$105 million acquisition of Pacific Island Restaurants.
Harmos Horton Lusk has also been highly ranked again for Corporate/Commercial in the 2017 editions of Chambers Global and Chambers Asia Pacific, with the firm being recognised by clients as “the sharpest corporate advisers in the country”.
