The directors of New Zealand’s premier specialist corporate and commercial law firm, Harmos Horton Lusk, are delighted to share that Sarah Sinclair will join the firm as a Director. Sarah is a highly regarded and trusted adviser to clients in the infrastructure and energy sector. She regularly provides key strategic input to government and private sector clients on some of their most complex and significant projects. Sarah’s current and past projects include replacement of the Cook Strait infrastructure, City Rail Link, the country’s PPPs, working with investors and owners of complex infrastructure including ports, energy assets, water and social infrastructure.
