Harmos Horton Lusk is advising Open Country Dairy on the M&A aspects of Open Country Dairy’s acquisition of Miraka, a central North Island dairy processor that is the world’s first dairy processing company to use renewable geothermal energy. Open Country Dairy is New Zealand’s second largest milk processor and the world’s second largest exporter of whole milk powder.
