Harmos Horton Lusk advises the shareholders of Steelmasters Group on sale to Coventry Group

Harmos Horton Lusk advised the shareholders of the Steelmasters Group on the sale of the group to ASX-listed Coventry Group Limited. The transaction was valued at NZ$45 million.

The Steelmasters Group manufactures and distributes New Zealand’s largest range of metal fasteners and is the only commercial bolt and nut manufacturer in New Zealand. The group also has operations across Australia.

The Harmos Horton Lusk team that advised on the transaction was led by director Annie Steel and included associate Robbie Selbie.
